They're awesome! Hard - but awesome! You just have to learn to not give up and get through it - he even says that on them. : We have done them in dance plenty of times and they are an excellent workout.

Well, we have the kids one and that kicks my butt....I'm going to actually start using that for a couple weeks, then move up to the boot camp ones I have
